Our integrated setup uses a propane-fired water heater, a suitable water supply, and electrical power. Propane heats the water; electricity supports the system. We assess the connections and layout before we design your build.

What does an outdoor shower cost?
Each build is quoted for the property and selected design. Enclosure size, privacy, fixtures, utility access, drainage, site preparation, and travel can affect the total. Share your space and budget so we can discuss a realistic scope; final pricing follows assessment.
What connections do I need?
The current system concept uses water, electrical power, and propane. We review water pressure and flow, the electrical connection, heater placement, and propane requirements for the selected equipment. A suitable water and power connection alone does not supply the heating fuel.
Can you build at a remote property?
Absolutely. Every site is a bit of a puzzle, and we can work through the details together. From water supply and pumps to battery power and propane, we’ll explore a setup that fits your property and how you want to use it. Tell us what’s already there and what you have in mind—we’ll help connect the dots.
Can I use it through a Northwest winter?
Yes—with a build planned for cold weather, your outdoor shower can be part of your Northwest winter routine. The heater’s built-in freeze protection works while electrical power remains on; exposed pipes and fixtures need their own protection. We’ll work through your site’s temperatures, wind exposure, plumbing, and power supply to design the right setup, and explain any seasonal care or drain-down steps for your specific build.
What about drainage and permits?
Drainage, wastewater handling, and plumbing, electrical, or gas requirements vary by property and jurisdiction. We review these during planning. Lakefront and sensitive sites need particular attention; the drainage approach must be appropriate for the location.
Can I choose the enclosure and privacy level?
That’s part of the design conversation. We work through enclosure layout, cedar construction, platform, fixtures, and privacy needs against the site and agreed scope. Share inspiration and photos of the space to help shape the plan.
How soon can you install?
Timing depends on availability, design, materials, site readiness, and any required approvals or specialist work. We’re booking interest for upcoming installations and will discuss scheduling once we understand your project.
